Kirstie Settas-Jones Joins Alliant Insurance Services’ Employee Benefits Group

Florida-based consultant will leverage 30 years of broad industry experience for employers nationwide

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kirstie Settas-Jones has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. Based in Florida, Settas-Jones will leverage her diverse expertise in health and benefits, health management, well-being, and wellness to provide tailored solutions to a nationwide client base.

Settas-Jones joins Alliant with more than 30 years of consulting experience, including various leadership positions, and a background as a small business owner. Prior to joining Alliant, Settas-Jones was Senior Vice President, Consultant Relations with a large digital health company providing innovative solutions to consultants and employers.

In her new role with Alliant, Settas-Jones will work with employers nationwide to develop integrated benefits strategies that improve operations, mitigate costs, and enhance the employee experience.

Settas-Jones earned a bachelor’s degree from Chancellor University, where she played collegiate basketball, and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix. She is also a regular conference and seminar speaker and has published numerous articles on key industry topics.
