UKG: U.S. Labor Market Remains on Solid Footing Despite Anticipated B.L.S. Downward Employment Revisions

Summary:	According to the UKG Workforce Activity Report for January 2025, the U.S. labor market remains on solid footing. While workforce activity declined -4.2% in January, the decrease can be attributed to a combination of predicted post-holiday reductions coupled with temporary disruptions created by severe weather and natural disasters.
