Citizens Vice Chair and Chief Experience Officer Beth Johnson to Retire

PROVIDENCE, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: CFG) today announced that Beth Johnson, Vice Chair and Chief Experience Officer, will retire from the bank, effective March 3. Johnson, a member of the bank’s Executive Committee, currently oversees a portfolio that includes customer experience and digital design, data & analytics, marketing & communications, enterprise payments strategy, and the bank’s sustainability & impact programs.
