Sunbelt Modular Inc. Acquires BRITCO Structures USA

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sunbelt Modular Inc. (“Sunbelt”), a leading producer of high-quality and sustainable modular building solutions has announced the acquisition of BRITCO Structures, USA (“BUSA”) based in Texas. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2011 by Brent Morgan, President, BUSA is a manufacturer of commercial modular structures focused on delivering complex and expansive projects throughout the central and western United States. The team is a dedicated, highly trained and experienced workforce of professionals dedicated to safety, quality and teamwork to complete projects on time.
