Kathy Brings Over Two Decades of Expertise to AdvoCare

RICHARDSON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AdvoCare International, LLC, a health and wellness consumer packaged goods company, is excited to welcome Kathy Blosser to the AdvoCare team as Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations. Kathy, a seasoned supply chain and finance professional with more than 20 years of experience, will lead AdvoCare’s supply chain strategy, oversee operations and quality control to enhance efficiency, foster innovation and support the company’s continued growth.

Kathy joins AdvoCare following a distinguished career at Galderma Laboratories, L.P., where she held various leadership roles for over 17 years. Most recently, as Head of U.S. Supply Chain, she oversaw operations exceeding $60 million in annual spend and led a team of 90 employees. She successfully navigated global supply chain disruptions while achieving a 95%+ customer-in-full rate and year-over-year improvements in on-time delivery.

Kathy’s career highlights include implementing integrated Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, building and developing successful teams, leading change management during business system transformations, integrating products and companies through mergers and acquisitions, and driving operational efficiencies across pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer goods industries.

Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from Milligan College and a Global Supply Chain Management Certificate through the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
