Utah First Credit Union Names Chad Dilley as Chief Operating Officer

SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Utah First Credit Union is excited to announce Chad Dilley as its Chief Operating Officer (COO). With two decades of financial leadership, Chad has a proven record of innovative banking solutions, excellent customer and employee experiences, and business growth. His expertise uniquely positions him to further Utah First’s mission of providing personalized, judgment-free financial experiences that positively impact individuals and the community.

About Chad Dilley

Chad is a results-oriented leader with a background in retail banking, digital strategy, and financial marketing and a commitment to accessible financial solutions. His experience managing teams, developing new business models, and optimizing operations will help Utah First strengthen its position as a trusted community partner.

Most recently, Chad served as Senior Vice President and Director of Retail Branch Banking at Zions Bank, where he led a division of 125+ branches across Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming. His leadership yielded 18% year-over-year financial growth, improved the client experience through strategic digital initiatives, and helped the institution attract younger, tech-savvy consumers.

Chad holds a B.S. in Business Marketing and Finance and an Executive MBA from the University of Utah. He actively serves as the Treasurer for the Kimball Art Center's Board of Directors, and previously served on the Economic Development Corporation of Utah's Board of Advisors.
