KBRA Releases CREFC January Conference 2025 – Day 3 Recap

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--KBRA releases its Day 3 recap of the CRE Finance Council (CREFC) January Conference 2025. The final day consisted of three panel sessions which were "Building on Leverage: Strategic Debt in CRE Financing", "CRE Financing Risk Amid Skyrocketing Insurance Costs," and "The Sunshine State: Opportunities and Challenges in a Booming Market."

The first two explored strategies for financing commercial real estate (CRE) in 2025, with the first panel discussing back-leverage financing and the second examining the implications of rising insurance costs. The closing panel focused on population growth in Florida, its impact on multifamily, and the related CRE challenges and opportunities it presents.
