In this newly created role, Waters will oversee Revelyst’s licensing efforts and build entertainment capabilities across the company’s diverse outdoor portfolio.

He most recently served as president of World Builder, a consulting agency he founded where he helped media, lifestyle and web 3.0 brands create and develop entertainment-centric story-worlds, unlocking the commercial value of their franchises through licensing and compelling content.

During his tenures at those companies and others, Waters has built an innate understanding of how every business function must unify to deliver franchise growth.
