Jumpmind Launches the Jumpmind Cloud, Powered by Amazon Web Services

New Offering Provides Newfound Application Deployment Speed, Simplicity and Scalability, Blazing the Trail for Retail Innovation with Agility, at Scale

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NRF 2025-- Jumpmind Inc., a leading provider of innovative retail technology solutions, today launched the Jumpmind Cloud.

This deployment option offers retailers a new and near-effortless way to leverage Jumpmind’s advanced Mobile Point of Sale (Jumpmind Commerce) and unified promotion (Jumpmind Promote) solutions, being operational in a matter of days.

Jumpmind’s headless, API-first, composable solutions are renowned for their industry-leading flexibility and scalability to “future proof” the store retail technology stack, so retailers can adapt rapidly and stay ahead of shopper and associate demands and expectations with agility, at scale.

The Jumpmind Cloud builds on this distinction, offering a comprehensive service that is pre-configured and fully managed, providing end-to-end application solution monitoring, management, cloud delivery and support. The solution easily scales as a retail enterprise grows, and is available in North America, Europe and the Middle East.

Built on Amazon Web Services (AWS), the Jumpmind Cloud makes use of the industry’s most advanced cloud technologies and components for optimal performance and reliability. Retailers benefit from best-in-class availability, scalability, data management and security via the following:

  • Infrastructure provisioning: Automatic setup and configuration of servers, storage, networks, and other cloud resources.
  • Patching and updates: Automatic application of software updates and security patches to keep your system secure.
  • Monitoring and alerting: Real-time monitoring of system performance and health with alerts.
  • Backup and disaster recovery: Automated backups and disaster recovery for best-in-class data resilience.
  • Scaling capabilities: Ability to easily scale cloud resources up or down, based on demand. Retailers can optimize storage capacity without having to procure and manage equipment for cost savings.
  • 24/7 technical support: Jumpmind’s dedicated CloudOps team is available around-the-clock to assist with any issues.

The Jumpmind Cloud is architected to operate sans disruption in the event of network outages, offering offline resiliency to ensure that a retailer’s offline experience is as performant as the online experience.

“We continue to offer retailers maximum choice in cloud options – including the ability to deploy Jumpmind in their cloud of choice; or now, in the Jumpmind Cloud,” said Chris Henson, Chief Technical Officer for Jumpmind. “The Jumpmind Cloud gives retailers the ability to spend more time and energy innovating and less time managing infrastructure. Retailers can get up and running with the Jumpmind Cloud in a matter of days, leaving the ‘blocking and tackling’ of cloud provisioning, set up and management to us.”

“Jumpmind has gained industry-wide recognition for its leading retail Point of Sale and unified promotions technologies, offering retailers excellent speed of deployment,” said David Dorf, Global Head of Retail Industry Solutions at AWS. “AWS is thrilled to work with Jumpmind to help retailers worldwide unlock newfound efficiencies, drive more innovation, and achieve greater speed-to-value.”
