Fish & Richardson Appoints Heather Flanagan, Ph.D., to Lead Austin Office

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Principal Heather Flanagan, Ph.D., has been named the office managing principal of Fish & Richardson's Austin office.
