Leostream Successes Lay Foundation for Prosperous 2025

Partner Ecosystem Expansion, Continued Industry-Leading Support Propels Company Momentum

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Leostream Corporation, creator of the world-leading Leostream® Remote Desktop Access Platform, credited numerous business and technology milestones achieved throughout 2024 as driving factors for its momentous success in the past year. Key components of its success include the expansion of its partner ecosystem, growth in reseller bookings, highly positive marks received for support services, providing a technology alternative to existing VMware or Citrix solutions, and more.

In 2024, Leostream added several high-profile resellers, including Lenovo, NorTec and Scale Computing, and increased strategic partnership activity with HP Anywhere, VergeIO, 10ZiG and others as part of the company’s initiative to build out a full partner ecosystem. In collaborating with leading global companies, Leostream is better able to develop and support cost-effective, scalable solutions tailored for modern hybrid, on-premises, and remote work environments. This advantage helped its partners generate 67% booking growth from H1 2023 to H1 2024.

Support remains a cornerstone of Leostream’s position in the industry, achieving a 95% “Extremely Satisfied” ranking from customers responding to post-ticket questionnaires. No respondents in these surveys left a negative mark. This overwhelming satisfaction is due in large part to the Leostream support team’s dedication to exceeding expectations. With service-level agreements of 4 hours for urgent tickets and standard-ticket response times licensed at 1 day, Leostream’s support team obliterated contracted times by averaging 1 hour, 15 minutes in response to all tickets received during business hours.

The Leostream Platform offers a robust and adaptable solution with its scalable architecture, zero-trust security implementation and multi-vendor, platform-neutral support, making it ideal for diverse infrastructures and evolving digital workspace needs. The company continues to enhance the Platform to ensure seamless integration as new technologies emerge or as organizations transition between different environments, future-proofing IT infrastructures while avoiding vendor lock-in.

Among the advancements the company achieved on the technology side in 2024 are support for Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization environments and a KubeVirt API integration that allows any Kubernetes-based container solution to become a VDI hosting platform; enhanced support for HP Anyware software, offering a powerful way to provide secure, policy-based access to desktops and applications from any client device from any hosting platform via any suitable display protocol with any compatible cloud; and passwordless single sign-on (SSO) workflow in co-development with Mechdyne TGX.

Other notable achievements in 2024 include:

  • Launch of the V-Partner Continuity Program to help transition former VMware partners and foster success in moving from Horizon to the Leostream Platform.
  • Full integration of the Leostream Platform with Microsoft Windows 365 to provide enhanced flexibility, scalability and resiliency for organizations incorporating cloud and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaboration with Amazon to incorporate and distribute Amazon DCV, Amazon’s high-performance remote display and streaming protocol, as a part of Leostream’s offering.
  • Customer wins including IT services leader CCSI and civil engineering firm Southwest Engineers Inc., among others.

“When it comes to Leostream, it is easy to realize that all of our successes are due to an amazing group of people who work for us and with us,” said Karen Gondoly, CEO of Leostream. “From our product development team to our support staff to our technology and reseller partners, the strides we have made in 2024 would not have been possible without them. As organizations look to seamlessly connect their employees across disparate locations or are in need of a technology alternative because of uncertainty with their VMware or Citrix environments, they can be assured that Leostream not only provides the best technology in this space, but is backed by the best people in the game.”

The Leostream Remote Desktop Access Platform for hosted desktops and workstations offers a comprehensive solution for remote access to maintain productivity, control costs, and ensure security with strict authentication and authorization built on zero-trust concepts. Its connection management system eliminates clunky corporate VPNs with an ultra-efficient gateway that gives users access to only the specific resources they have permission to use, automatically, regardless of their location or device. The Leostream Platform shines even in environments that rely on complex, specialty applications like energy and science; large files such as media and entertainment; real-time performance like financial services; and bulletproof network security like government and defense.
