Kendall Clark of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties Named REALTOR® of the Year

LAGUNA BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties is proud to announce that Kendall Clark earned the REALTOR® of the Year award for 2024. Clark received the award as a result of a secret ballot nomination from the members of the Laguna Board of REALTORS® (LBOR).

“Kendall has a reputation for ethics, reliability and trust, so it was no surprise to hear she was honored with this highly prestigious accolade,” said Jim Vermilya, Laguna Beach Branch Manager. “Her warm and compassionate approach to real estate has earned her many friends in this business, and it is a perfect example of the collaborative, family-style atmosphere we’ve built in our office.”

Members of the LBOR are asked to nominate colleagues based on their service to the board, contributions to the board and/or membership, and their reputation for ethics among their clients/fellow members. Actions that enhance the reputation of the board and service to the community are additional factors the LBOR considers.

“It was a tremendous honor to find out my fellow agents decided to recognize me with this award,” said Clark. “The real estate business has been good to me, and I feel very fortunate that I’ve been able to give back. The adage about how ‘if you love what you do, you never work a day in your life’ certainly applies to me. The friendships I’ve built with my clients and colleagues have made it all worthwhile.”

Clark is a Laguna Beach native who has consistently earned awards for her sales production. With a vast local network of service providers, she is known as a creative problem solver with a talent for negotiating optimal results and managing highly nuanced, complex transactions.

“The support team and leadership at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties have been essential to my success,” noted Clark. “The real estate business is very dynamic, and they recognize the work week doesn’t end at five o’clock on Friday. They truly go the extra mile to support me in my efforts to help my clients.”

Clark has a long track record of service to the community as well as the real estate profession, having formerly served as director of the LBOR. A resident of Three Arch Bay who has served on the HOA board of directors, she enjoys sharing her knowledge of local school districts, property values and neighborhoods for the benefit of her clients.

A Senior Real Estate Specialist, Clark attributes a portion of her success to her focus on adapting her services to the needs of her clients. “The training opportunities and technology here at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties are second to none,” adds Clark, “and I love how the marketing team is consistently looking for new and creative ways to market my listings, as well as my business.”
