BJ’s Wholesale Club Partners with Children’s Hospitals to Deliver Holiday Cheer to Children & Families

MARLBOROUGH, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BJ’s Wholesale Club (NYSE: BJ) is helping spread holiday cheer this season. From supporting toy drives to delivering gifts and providing funds for essential needs, BJ’s Charitable Foundation is partnering with children’s hospitals in communities throughout the East Coast, Midwest, and South to help ensure everyone experiences holiday magic.

• Nemours Children’s Health (Orlando & Jacksonville, FL): Through donations of toys and funds, BJ’s is supporting Holidays with Nemours Children’s Health, supporting the Elf Workshop event December 19-20 in Orlando where families with children at the hospital can easily pick out gifts without having to leave the campus. Families that visit Nemours outpatient clinic in Jacksonville on December 19^th will also receive special holiday gifts. BJ’s team members will be on hand to distribute toys to families at both events.

• Children’s Hospital of Michigan (Detroit, MI): BJ’s is also helping the Snowpile holiday program, which makes it easy for families at the hospital to “shop” for gifts from their children’s wish lists right onsite. BJ’s will donate over 1,000 Squishmallows for the event – one of the year’s most requested toys – along with refreshments for event staff and volunteers.

• Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt (Nashville, TN): BJ’s Charitable Foundation is proudly contributing to the Jingle Toy Drive and Champs Holiday House gifting event. Both initiatives ensure holiday cheer is enjoyed by all this season.

• NYC Health + Hospitals Police at Queens General Hospital (Queens, NY): BJ’s will support the Toy Giveaway at Queens General Hospital on December 17^th by donating gift cards. The Giveaway, open to both pediatric patients and the broader community, aims to spread joy and hope to children in need while creating lasting memories.

• UMass Memorial Children’s Medical Center (Worcester, MA), Milford Regional Medical Center (Milford, MA) and Boston Children’s Hospital (Boston, MA): BJ’s is also helping to fulfill key needs of patients and families through donations of funds and gift cards.
