At Streamfest, Redpanda will also formally present the winners of its AI hackathon, where hundreds of developers worldwide leveraged the power of Redpanda to develop interesting AI projects:

• First Place: Sovereign Structure by Dan Goodman, a project that uses AI to find structure from chaos in unstructured messages.
• Second Place: Vita App by Yesid Lopez and Sara Ortiz Drada, a project that uses data from CGM sensors for real-time glucose monitoring.
• Third Place: Intelmail by Amal Baby and Sree Bindu Mandava, a project that uses Redpanda for real-time classification and response of emails.
• Best Industry Solution: Dine Hub by Bhat Soorim, a project that leverages GenAI to help travelers, foodies, and owners ask in natural language questions about a restaurant, like “What’s your best dish?”.
