Monroe Capital Supports Sumeru Equity Partners’ Acquisition of JobNimbus

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Monroe Capital LLC (“Monroe”) announced it acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility to support the acquisition of JobNimbus by Sumeru Equity Partners.

Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Lehi, Utah, JobNimbus is a leading business management software platform designed to provide roofing contractors with comprehensive, end-to-end solutions. The platform offers a suite of services, including CRM, sales and marketing tools, materials ordering, project tracking, and streamlined invoicing and payment processes—helping contractors efficiently manage operations from lead generation to final payment collection. This new funding will empower JobNimbus to scale its operations, enhance its product offerings, and further innovate within the contractor technology space.
