With 19 years of experience at Insurity and over 35 years in the insurance industry encompassing leadership roles in underwriting operations, claims, and regulatory affairs, Mathis will spearhead the company’s growth strategy. His focus will be on delivering exceptional value to clients and identifying new market opportunities.

Mathis will continue in his role as Chief Insurance Officer, during which he has successfully restructured Insurity’s regulatory offerings to align with the evolving dynamics of the commercial insurance sector. Furthermore, as Chief Insurance Officer, he established the Insurance Office to ensure that prevailing market trends inform corporate strategy and conducted comprehensive analyses that have significantly influenced product development and positioning. In his new role, Mathis will lead initiatives aimed at addressing the intricate challenges faced by insurers, which include rising costs, technological advancements, and regulatory obligations. He will place a strong emphasis on Insurity’s specialized, client-centric solutions, encompassing bureau-managed services, AI, predictive analytics, policy administration, billing, and claims, thus enabling insurers to implement targeted capabilities that satisfy their specific needs.
