HireRight Appoints Ranojoy Hazra as Chief Financial Officer and Jamie Ikerd as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HireRight, a leading provider of global background screening services and workforce solutions, is pleased to announce the appointments of Ranojoy “RJ” Hazra as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Jamie Ikerd as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, with immediate effect.

Mr. Hazra joins HireRight with more than 15 years of executive leadership experience in the finance and technology sectors. His most recent role was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the international division at Equifax. Prior to this, he spent several years in various leadership positions at General Electric.

She joins HireRight from Built Technologies where she served as Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Ikerd’s extensive background includes executive leadership roles in multiple industries and functions including verticalized SaaS, technology, and hospitality. She also spent several years at Bain & Company, focused on scale business strategy and transformation work.
