NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bridge Growth Partners, LLC, a leading technology investment firm, today announced the completion of its previously announced sale of Syniti (formerly known as BackOffice Associates), a global leader in enterprise data management, to Capgemini. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The sale of Syniti to Capgemini represents Bridge Growth’s fourth full cash exit over the past three years in a strategic transaction.
