TD SYNNEX Completes Acquisition of IPsense's Cloud Migration Business in Brazil

Acquisition strengthens the position of TD SYNNEX and its business partners in the region's digital transformation journey

SÃO PAULO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TD SYNNEX (NYSE: SNX), a leading global distributor and aggregator of solutions for the IT ecosystem, today announced that it has completed its acquisition of the cloud migration business of IPsense, a leading cloud solutions provider specializing in the design, integration and deployment of AWS solutions in Brazil. The addition of IPsense's cloud migration business, paves the way for the creation of a new cloud competency center in Brazil, laying the foundation for broader regional expansion in the future, to help channel partners successfully migrate their customers' workloads to the cloud.
