Rick Frechmann, Joleen Mayfield, and Bradley Snitzer bring decades of experience in employee benefits consulting and property and casualty sectors including manufacturing, retail, distribution, and construction. The new talent expands EPIC’s presence in the St. Louis area.

His specialties include manufacturing, retail, distribution, construction, and member-owned group captives. Mayfield draws on over 40 years of experience as a property/casualty consultant serving clients from all industries with a specific focus on construction, retail, distribution, and manufacturing. Snitzer has over 30 years of experience as an employee benefits consultant, providing strategic and impactful solutions for clients.
