IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SECURITYHOLDERS

DB ETC plc

(the “Issuer”)

In respect of the following outstanding Series of ETC Securities:

Series 1 Xtrackers Physical Gold ETC (ISIN: GB00B5840F36) and

Series 13 Xtrackers Physical Gold GBP Hedged ETC (ISIN: GB00B68FL050)

(the “Securities”)

issued under its Secured ETC Precious Metal Linked Securities Programme

(the “Programme”)

Capitalised terms used herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the base prospectus dated 14 April 2024 relating to the Programme.

We refer to the definition of “Metal Fixing Time” in Condition 10(v) of the Final Terms relating to each of the above Series which is defined as follows:

For Series where the Metal is Gold:

“3pm London time or such other time as may be determined by the Programme Counterparty and specified on the website maintained on behalf of the Issuer at www.etf.dws.com (or such other website as may be notified to Securityholders in accordance with Condition 19).”

We hereby inform you that the Programme Counterparty in accordance with the underlined wording has determined that for the Scheduled Valuation Days on 22 December 2023 and 29 December 2023 the Metal Fixing Time will be changed to the times below.

This is because on 22 December 2023 and 29 December 2023 there will be no afternoon metal auction and therefore no p.m. fixing value published for the Metal Reference Price Source. However, there will be a morning metal auction fixing available.

For Series where the Metal is Gold: 10:30 a.m. London time.

As a result the Metal Reference Price Source will change to reflect the Metal Fixing Time is now in the morning rather than the afternoon as follows:

Notices to Securityholders are validly delivered to the Clearing System(s) for communication by the Clearing System(s) to the Securityholders.
