DIRECTOR RESIGNATIONS AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Oberon AIM VCT Plc (the “Company”) announces that, at a meeting of the Board of Directors duly convened and held on 28th November 2024, the Board accepted the resignations of Mr Simon Like and Mr Ian Cameron-Mowat as directors of the Company, with immediate effect.

The Board would like to express its thanks to both directors for their many years of service with the Company.

In addition at the same meeting the Board appointed John Beaumont, who is an existing director of the Company, to also be its new Company Secretary from 1 December 2024.
