Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits Promotes Tim Redell to Senior Vice President, Commercial Sales and Execution, American Liberty Division

MIAMI & DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits (Southern Glazer's) – the world’s preeminent distributor of beverage alcohol – today announced that it has appointed Tim Redell to the role of Senior Vice President, Commercial Sales and Execution, American Liberty Division, effective November 16, 2024.

In this role, Redell will report to BJ Vorderer, Executive Vice President, Managing Director of American Liberty Division, which is Southern Glazer’s dedicated division for the Pernod Ricard USA portfolio. Redell will be responsible for leading all sales execution activities, including partnering on short and long-term strategic planning, developing and implementing programs, and ensuring sales objectives are achieved for Pernod Ricard USA. Redell will prepare sales forecasts inclusive of new product objectives and key priorities, partner on route to market strategies, establish sales policy, and much more.

Redell began his career with Southern Glazer’s in 2016 as the Vice President, General Manager, East Region for the Company’s Transatlantic Spirits Division managing the Bacardi USA, Patron Spirits, and Heaven Hill Brands portfolios. He was then promoted to Senior Vice President, Managing Director, Campari Portfolio, where he led the corporate relationship with Campari America while delivering national growth and mutually beneficial synergies between both organizations. In his most recent role, Redell served as Senior Vice President, Managing Director of Supplier Development & Marketing. In this position, Redell enhanced the value of Southern Glazer’s and supplier partners by generating national commercial growth through joint planning aligning with supplier brand strategies. Redell has over 25 years of experience in the wine and spirits industry, including over 16 years working for Campari America and Trinchero Family Estates.
