UKG Pro Talent Marketplace will help organizations build a pool of talented workers on two fronts:

• Identify and grow versatile talent within their own organization: In early 2025, the internal talent marketplace will allow people across a broad array of roles and job types, including hourly and salaried positions, to create talent profiles, map their career interests, and identify the skills they need today to prepare for the roles they seek tomorrow. The UKG Talent Connect talent platform will link external candidates with employers to provide a gig-like experience for people who enjoy the flexibility of choosing when and where they work — and even the types of jobs they do — while deepening the labor pool an organization can tap into to ensure appropriate staffing.
