Fujikawa brings more than 30 years of experience in benefits consulting, specializing in providing program efficiencies and strategic guidance for organizations in growth mode across both public/non-profit sectors and various industries.

Her extensive background spans clients of all sizes, from small organizations to jumbo enterprises. Fujikawa’s expertise lies in helping organizations streamline benefits programs to support growth and improve operational efficiency.
