Fifth Third Private Bank Named Global Private Banking Award Winner, Honored as Best for Customer Service

CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--At a London-based event, Fifth Third Private Bank, a division of Fifth Third Bank, was named the Best Private Bank in North America for Customer Service. The recognition was part of the 2024 Global Private Banking Awards.

The Global Private Banking Awards is a joint project from the Financial Times' group publications dedicated to the global banking, wealth management and the financial services sector: The Banker and Professional Wealth Management.

In its sixteenth year, the Global Private Banking Awards aim to gather qualitative and quantitative information from private banking groups to be able to give a set of awards for excellence.

Global Private Banking Award entries must provide growth and performance measures and information on key achievements, changes or improvements made during the year before in relation to their business and investment models, growth strategies, customer service, staff retention and other areas. Submissions are judged by an expert panel of 21 industry professionals based in North America, Asia and Europe.
