AIR Communities Announces 2023/2024 Corporate Responsibility Accomplishments

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apartment Income REIT LLC (“AIR” or “AIR Communities”) today announced an update on the company’s corporate responsibility progress. Recently, AIR received a 2024 GRESB score of 87 out of 100, a five-point increase from the previous year. The achievement places AIR second in its peer group and 16^th out of 145 American residential entities. Formerly known as the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark, GRESB is a global reporting framework that covers more than 2000 portfolios with $8.8 trillion in gross asset value.
