MESQUITE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Davidson Bogel Real Estate is pleased to announce its representation of a key seller in the strategic assemblage of land in Mesquite, Texas, by the HEB Grocery Company.

The property is located at the prime intersection of FM 741 & Interstate 20. The assemblage included multiple parcels of land strategically located to capitalize on a growing submarket and increased residential growth.
