Tungsten Automation Announces Mike Verdeyen as New Chief Technology Officer

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tungsten Automation, formerly Kofax, is excited to announce the appointment of Mike Verdeyen as its first Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this role, Mike will lead all technology functions within the company, overseeing research and development, information technology, cloud services, compliance and information security.

Mike brings over 20 years of relevant leadership experience, having held senior positions at several enterprise software companies, including RedPrairie (now Blue Yonder), Iptor, Aptos Retail and most recently e2open. His extensive background spans a range of high-impact technology roles where he consistently demonstrated the ability to build and lead high-performance teams focused on delivering cutting-edge solutions for global organizations.

As Chief Technology Officer, Mike will draw on his deep expertise to drive efficiencies across Tungsten Automation’s technology functions, fostering greater collaboration and alignment within the organization.
