Mitsubishi Electric Announces Dividend for the First Half of Fiscal 2025 (April 1, 2024 – September 30, 2024) and Dividend Forecast for Fiscal 2025 (April 1, 2024 – March 31, 2025)

TOKYO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (TOKYO: 6503) announced today that the Board of Directors has resolved to pay an interim dividend of 20 yen per share for the first half of fiscal 2025, as of the record date of September 30, 2024.

For fiscal 2025, the company plans to pay a year-end dividend of 30 yen per share, as of the record date of March 31, 2025, from the perspective of providing appropriate returns to shareholders in line with the level of stockholders’ equity and maintaining financial soundness. The actual dividend will be declared at the Board of Directors’ meeting scheduled in May 2025.
