Founded in May 1988 by Michael Gondoli, MG Insurance Services began as a non-standard auto insurance provider, catering to clients with challenging driving histories. Michael, who had previously worked as the VP of Underwriting for another company, initially founded MG Insurance Services while his wife, Audrey Gondoli, worked as an escrow manager in San Francisco. Audrey began assisting her husband part-time in 1989 and, by 1991, obtained her insurance license and transitioned into a full-time role.

Audrey took over the agency in 2002 and shifted its focus to include more standard personal lines insurance. She secured key appointments with prominent carriers and leveraged her background in escrow, successfully growing the agency's commercial business, specializing in insurance solutions for contractors—a niche that has become a hallmark of MG Insurance Services.

After many years of dedicated service to her clients, Audrey Gondoli began exploring options to retire and ensure the continued care of her clients and business.
