Unlike other AI solutions, Grammarly works across more than 500,000 apps and websites where teams are already working, reducing context switching and reliance on a single platform.

“Communication is the backbone of every workplace interaction, but too often it breaks down, disrupting progress and costing teams time and efficiency,” said Matt Rosenberg, Grammarly Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Grammarly for Business. “Businesses already rely on Grammarly for its clear impact on productivity, and now we’re simplifying access to our AI assistant for teams to work better and smarter.”

Leading enterprises like Atlassian, Databricks, and Zoom use Grammarly for secure, consistent communication. Key features for teams and enterprises include:

  • Generative AI: Instantly create first drafts, outlines, and more that reflect teams’ voices. With Grammarly Enterprise, customers receive unlimited monthly prompts.
  • Style guide: Add company style guides so teams get relevant, context-aware suggestions that keep their writing aligned and up-to-date with current brand decisions.
  • Brand tones: Create custom tone profiles to ensure the entire organization has on-brand communication, internally and externally.
  • Knowledge Share: Surface relevant company documents, definitions, and key contacts in-line where employees work, so they don’t break focus looking for information.

  • App actions: Reduce context switching between countless applications to manage work in a dozen of the most-used workplace apps, including Asana, Atlassian Jira, Microsoft OneDrive, and HubSpot.
