Riverview Companies Expands to Mid-Hudson Region with Acquisition of LCS Landscapes via Merger

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Riverview Companies (“Riverview” or the “Company”) today announced it has acquired via merger LCS Landscapes, Inc. (“LCS”), a leading commercial landscape & snow maintenance provider serving New York’s mid-Hudson region and Westchester County. Daniel Lepore, LCS’s majority owner, and Bruce Peterson, LCS’s General Manager, will both become co-owners in Riverview and continue in their day-to-day management roles. The addition of LCS expands Riverview’s footprint to include New York’s mid-Hudson region and is Riverview’s eleventh acquisition in the past 24 months.
