DLA Appoints Tom Levato as Forensic, Valuation & Litigation Support Managing Director

FAIRFIELD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DLA proudly announces the appointment of Tom Levato as a Managing Director in its Forensic, Valuation and Litigation Support division. This strategic hire marks a significant addition to DLA's leadership team, strengthening its commitment to providing premier advisory services that set new standards of professional excellence and client service.

Tom has extensive experience as a forensic accountant, fraud investigator and financial consultant. Tom’s hands-on approach to facilitate dispute resolution has enabled him to successfully resolve matters without the use of litigation. Tom has also been called upon to testify in numerous matters when dispute resolution has not been a viable option.

Prior to joining DLA, Tom held several leadership positions at J.S Held, LLP, Sikich, and Plant Moran, LLP where he specialized in economic damage calculations, complex litigation, medical malpractice, receiverships, fraud investigations, construction claims and medical malpractice in a variety of industries and services.

Tom holds an MAcc, Accounting from DePaul University and a BS, Accounting from University of Illinois - Chicago. Tom is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
