KBRA Assigns Preliminary Ratings to Bojangles Issuer, LLC, Series 2024-1

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--KBRA assigns preliminary ratings to Bojangles Issuer, LLC, (the Issuer) Series 2024-1 (Bojangles 2024-1), a whole business securitization (WBS). Bojangles 2024-1 represents the Bojangles’ Restaurants, Inc.’s (Bojangles or the Company) second securitization following the establishment of the master trust in September 2020. Transaction collateral includes existing and future franchise and development agreements, existing and future company-operated restaurant royalties and profits, and intellectual property. In conjunction with the issuance of the Series 2024-1 Notes, KBRA anticipates withdrawing the ratings on the Issuer’s outstanding Series 2020-1 Notes as a result of their full repayment using proceeds from the issuance of Bojangles 2024-1.
