Building off its initial success in India, the Pega University Program will provide clients and partners in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific with pre-trained software developers to meet their growing needs.

Most organizations still struggle to fill the demand for software development talent with no relief in sight. • Full-Service Option: With the “Hire, Train, and Deploy” option, Pega’s experienced recruitment partner, TalentSprint, takes full ownership for finding, training, and deploying new employees from start to finish. TalentSprint scouts for high quality candidates with university partners based on the hiring organization’s specific requirements. Following candidate interviews, the hiring organization provides selected students with conditional job offers that can be executed upon successful training completion. TalentSprint’s experienced Pega-approved instructors then conduct a comprehensive training course, resulting in newly certified Pega professionals ready to work on day one of their employment.
• ‘Bring-Your-Own-Student’ Option: Hiring organizations can select the “Graduate Upskilling” option if they have already identified recent university graduates, interns, or co-ops for training. These students are enrolled in the appropriate certification program run by seasoned Pega trainers for the opportunity to become effective Pega developers.
