Grange Insurance earns spot on 2024 RISE Elite 50 Internship list

Marks the second consecutive year Grange’s program has been recognized among the industry's best internship opportunities

COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Grange Insurance has been recognized by Rising Insurance Star Executives (RISE) for offering one of the 50 best internship programs in the insurance industry across the U.S.

During Grange's summer internship program, interns receive perks and gain experience from being part of an elite program.

• Interns are spread throughout various departments, including underwriting, claims, finance and human resources, working on current business projects and initiatives. They build analytical, technical and leadership skills through a blend of formal training, on-the-job learning and exposure to broad business initiatives
• Interns are immersed in the insurance industry, how our business operates and have an opportunity to make an impact

In addition, Grange interns:

• Come together as a cross-functional team to execute a capstone project, allowing them to demonstrate the knowledge and skills they have acquired throughout their internship
• Meet with each member of our Senior Leadership Team, where they learn about their career journeys and business functions and ask questions
• Are celebrated during National Intern Week through an Associate Resource Group panel, volunteer opportunities and networking events
• Grow personally and professionally through opportunities with LinkedIn Learning and enterprise-led training conference
• Receive continuous support and coaching through various avenues: managers, mentors, HR partner
