CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Relation Insurance Services (“Relation”) acquired the assets of Whitney Oaks Insurance Services, Inc. (“Whitney Oaks”). The transaction went into effect on August 30, 2024; terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
