Johnston Tobey Baruch Attorneys Receive Top Honors from Texas Super Lawyers

Annual guide places managing shareholder Chad Baruch on Top 100 list statewide

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Johnston Tobey Baruch shareholders have received top honors from Texas Super Lawyers for 2024. The annual guide includes firm managing shareholder Chad Baruch on its Top 100 list statewide.

Shareholder Randy Johnston, who has been recognized by Super Lawyers for 21 consecutive years, was named for his professional liability plaintiff practice. Mr. Johnston is board certified in civil trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is widely considered to be one of the state’s foremost experts on legal ethics.

Shareholder Robert Tobey also was selected to the Dallas/Fort Worth Top 100 list and received Super Lawyers recognition for his professional liability plaintiff practice. This is the 21st consecutive year Super Lawyers has honored him. Mr. Tobey is board certified in consumer and commercial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a past president of the Dallas Bar Association.

In addition to his ranking for appellate work, Mr. Baruch, who is board certified in civil appellate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, was named to Super Lawyers’ list of Dallas/Fort Worth’s Top 100 attorneys. He served as the 85th chair of the State Bar of Texas Board of Directors.
