  • Andrea Blomquist, Senior Energy Services Account Representative at City of Roseville, who worked with InvoiceCloud to achieve 61% total digital adoption among customers as of August 2024.
  • Julie Nemitz, Customer Services Manager at Sacramento Suburban Water District, who worked with InvoiceCloud to achieve a 149% increase in electronic payment adoption in the first year following implementation in May 2023.
  • Brittany Ross, Manager, Financial Operations at Central States Water Resources, who worked with InvoiceCloud to achieve 57% overall digital adoption since implementation in June 2022.
  • Sharon Whaley, Director of Customer Service at San Jose Water, who worked with InvoiceCloud to achieve 76% electronic payment adoption in the first six months following implementation in September 2023.
