W. R. Berkley Corporation Declares Special and Regular Quarterly Cash Dividends

GREENWICH, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--W. R. Berkley Corporation (NYSE: WRB) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend on its common stock of 25 cents per share to be paid on September 30, 2024 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 23, 2024.

In addition, the Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of 8 cents per share to be paid on September 30, 2024 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 23, 2024. The per share dividend amount reflects the 3-for-2 common stock split effected on July 10, 2024.

Including today’s announced special and regular quarterly cash dividends and shares repurchased through June 30, 2024, total capital returned to shareholders during 2024 is approximately $535.3 million.
