Located at the hard corner of W. Ledbetter Rd. and Joseph Hardin Rd., the site boasts immediate access to major thoroughfares and is in proximity to a very expansive labor pool.

Ledison Lighting purchased the property as a new location for their LED lighting business. The DB2RE Industrial Team listed the property and had the property into escrow within the first two weeks from going on the market.
