("Pathward Financial" or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: CASH) announced that the Company will pay a cash dividend of $0.05 per share for the fourth fiscal quarter of 2024. This dividend will be payable on October 1, 2024 to shareholders of record as of September 10, 2024.

At June 30, 2024, the Company had total assets of $7.53 billion and shareholders’ equity of $765.2 million.
