AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--F45 Training Holdings Inc. – a leading global fitness franchise, will open the doors of the Company’s first on-base FS8 studio on Friday, August 23, at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) in Miramar, California. The new studio will join the Company’s existing on-base F45 Training studio and offer military members and their families stationed at MCAS access to FS8’s unique low-impact training program. This program combines Pilates, tone, and yoga and is designed to support both physical and mental resilience—key attributes in military life.

Designed to leverage the leadership and discipline inherent in military training, F45 SkillBridge assists with transitional readiness for active-duty men and women who are transitioning out of the military. The F45 SkillBridge Program has trained over 1,000 service members since its inception, with many successfully moving into permanent roles ranging from trainers and studio managers to franchise owners within the F45 Training network.
