Personal and financial benefits now available with Paychex Flex^® Perks through integrated e-commerce experience

Launching with 17 unique products, Paychex Flex Perks includes early access to earned wages, financial wellness solutions, and voluntary lifestyle benefits for the employees of Paychex customers.

Paychex Flex Perks is integrated directly into Paychex Flex, the company’s cloud-based SaaS solution, and is tailored to the employee user experience, making it easy and intuitive to enroll in benefits. Employees can self-select additional benefits based on their personal needs, freeing up time for business owners and HR leaders to focus on more strategic initiatives that come with running a business.
