Hallmark Appoints Dimitry Plotko as Chief Product and Technology Officer

Technology executive brings more than 30 years of innovative leadership experience

HAUPPAUGE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hallmark Health Care Solutions, a leading healthcare workforce management technology company, today announced the appointment of Dimitry Plotko as Chief Product and Technology Officer. The appointment of Dimitry comes as Co-Founder Neeraj Isaac, who has served as CTO for the past 15 years, transitions to a role as a strategic advisor to leadership and joins the company’s Board of Directors.

In this role, Dimitry will be responsible for fostering continuous innovation, ensuring product excellence, and aligning the company’s technological initiatives with its business strategy and evolving customer needs.

At ADP, Dimitry led the development of multiple award-winning products, including its next-generation global payroll platform, workforce management (WFM) platform, myADP portal and an AI-powered ADP Assist. Prior to ADP, Dimitry served as the Vice President of Engineering at Intuit, where he helped develop a SaaS cash management platform used by more than 600 financial institutions.
