Relation Insurance Services Acquires H Group Benefits, Inc.
WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Relation Insurance Services (“Relation”) acquired the assets of H Group Benefits, Inc. (“H Group Benefits”). The transaction went into effect on June 30, 2024; terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
