Protective Releases 2023 Sustainability Report

(TSE:8750), today announced the publication of its 2023 Sustainability Report, which highlights key milestones and accomplishments that demonstrate the company’s commitment to being a responsible business and creating long-term value for our stakeholders.

Protective’s 2023 Sustainability Report outlines how we created meaningful impact through sustainable practices for our business, our more than 3,800 teammates and the communities we serve.

Within our business, Protective continued to improve on the ways we can better serve our more than 14.4 million customers through digital offerings, meeting their evolving needs and improving their experience. We also further enhanced our enterprise risk management and sustainable investment strategies to drive long-term value.

With nearly 70% of its workforce fully virtual, Protective continues to support its teammates through enhanced offerings for mental and physical wellbeing and development opportunities to grow in their careers wherever they work. In 2023, more than 50% of our teammates completed professional development courses, which contributes to Protective’s culture of continuous learning, engagement and excellence.
