PestCo Expands its Mid-Atlantic Footprint Through Acquisition of Secure Pest Services Assets

ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, today announced the acquisition of the assets of Secure Pest Services LLP (Secure) by PestCo Holdings, LLC (PestCo), a TSCP portfolio company. Located in Linden, New Jersey, Secure is a provider of commercial and residential pest control services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

PestCo is a growth-oriented, national provider of pest control services to residential and commercial customers.
