TurningPoint Energy Welcomes David Murray as Director of Business Development

Clean energy advocate will lead business development efforts in Maryland and new U.S. markets

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TurningPoint Energy (TPE), a leader in community solar development in the United States, is pleased to announce that David Murray has joined the company as Director of Business Development. In this role, he will lead TPE’s policy efforts in Maryland and new markets.

David has dedicated his career to advancing clean energy and environmental policy initiatives, including over four years as the Executive Director of the Chesapeake Solar & Storage Association (CHESSA) and two years as the first Director of Solar Policy for the American Clean Power Association.

David has a B.A in Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and M.A. in Renewable Energy & Development from the University of Cape Town in South Africa. He also serves on the boards of CHESSA and Wallace Centers of Iowa.
